System process: After the natural gas is collected by the receiving cylinder, it enters the liquid separation flash tank for gas-liquid separation, separating the free water in the natural gas. The separated natural gas is measured by a flow meter and then exported.
Two automatic drain valves are installed in the high pressure side liquid accumulation bag of the separation flash tank. Firstly, the sewage is discharged to the low pressure side of the separation flash tank through the drain valve. When the water volume is large and the liquid level is high, the liquid level regulating valve is automatically opened to discharge the sewage to the low pressure side of the separation flash tank. Two automatic drain valves are also installed on the low-pressure side of the separation flash tank, and the drain principle is the same as that on the high-pressure side. The sewage is discharged to the sewage tank.
The self use gas in the station is first heated and heated by an electric heater, and then regulated by self regulating pressureReduce the pressure of the valve to the set pressure and enter the gas separation tank for separation. After separation, the liquid is measured by a flow meter and then reduced to the gas pressure required for the equipment in the station through a self operated pressure regulating valve. The sewage separated from the gas separation tank is discharged to the sewage tank through a manual drain valve. The venting gas from each venting point is connected to the low-pressure side of the separation flash tank through the venting main pipe. The free water in the venting gas is separated on the low-pressure side of the separation flash tank and then connected to the venting flare.
