The design process of high-frequency molds:
1. Drawing confirmation: Production equipment provides 2D or 3D finished product drawings - drawing size confirmation - drawing mold assembly drawings - setting the closed mold height to draw mold individual part drawings - drawing (CAM program conversion)
2. Purchase the required material specifications according to the mold drawing. Produce the required size and shape according to the drawing.
3. The two sides of the size and shape produced by processing are parallel. The height of the copper sheet is equal, and the parallelism tolerance should be within+-0.05mm.
4. Make door panel fasteners (fasteners are based on the dimensions given on the drawing).
5. Attach the finished product onto the aluminum plate, and then fix all copper sheets onto the aluminum plate with fasteners according to the shape of the drawing.
6. Fix fixture A onto the aluminum plate as a positioning tool for the size of the door panel.
7. Make a support device with foam attached on top, with a height about 3-5 mm lower than the copper mold surface.
8. Make handles on each end and fix them on the aluminum plate for easy handling.
9. Confirm again whether the dimensions of each part of the mold are correct.
