The NL-SW400 high-speed galvanometer laser welding has higher power compared to the NL-SW200. It also uses a high-speed galvanometer scanning speed of up to 7 meters/s and 10 welding points/s. It is suitable for high-speed spot welding and continuous welding of consumer electronic products such as computer accessories, mobile phones, MP3, MP4 shells, etc.

The galvanometer welding machine consists of a YAG solid-state laser, laser power supply, optical scanning system, flat field focusing system, fiber coupling transmission system, computer and programmable controller, refrigeration system, laser indication system, operation cabinet, and three-axis precision CNC worktable. After being equipped with specialized laser welding software, welding points or graphics can be directly input and edited in the software, or points or graphics edited by other software such as AutoCAD, Core I D RAW can be processed through this software.

The laser of the galvanometer laser welding machine achieves rapid movement of the laser point through the oscillation of the galvanometer, so it can achieve high-speed and high-precision spot welding and continuous welding of any shape on the welding plane within the welding range. Therefore, compared with traditional automatic welding machines that move workpieces through stepper servo motor transmission for welding, the welding speed is greatly improved.
