2、 Performance Overview

This machine is a high-speed chopper with a maximum linear velocity of 115.6m/s at the blade tip. The chopper blade has a reverse stirring function and the gap between the blade tip and the rotating pot can be adjusted to ensure that the gap between the blade tip and the bottom of the rotating pot is always consistent during use, making the material it cuts delicate and uniform, greatly reducing the joint phenomenon of tendons and fascia. The hydraulic station is equipped with a hydraulic lock to prevent accidents such as sudden acceleration and falling of the switch cover, lifting, and discharging due to damage to the hydraulic station.

This machine is equipped with a temperature measuring device that can monitor the temperature rise during material processing in a timely manner. The tool speed is set to five stages at the factory, with a reverse speed of 450rpm and a forward speed of 750 4000rpm. Customers can also set the speed of each gear according to the different materials and processes being processed, with a minimum of 450rpm and a maximum of 4000rpm.

The bearings of this machine are genuine SKF bearings with multi-stage and multi structure sealing, which ensures good sealing during operation and greatly improves the bearing life.

3、 Local features

1. This machine is designed based on German models, with a reasonable layout and small footprint. The distance from the pot edge to the bottom of the ground makes feeding and discharging convenient and effortless.

2. This machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel material as a whole, with a tilted design on the upper surface of the frame. There is a water outlet at the bottom of the rotary pot, without any hygiene blind spots, and there is no sewage during cleaning, which meets HACCP hygiene standards.

3. The rotary pot is made of cast stainless steel and is directly connected to the reducer. There is no bearing damage problem during use. The arc inside the pot is consistent with the arc of the discharge tray, ensuring that the materials inside the pot are completely scraped off.

4. The crankcase is cast and processed by a CNC machining center after natural aging. The bearing position has high coaxiality and stable product quality, and will not deform during use.

5. The position of the crankcase and the rotary pot is reasonable, and materials do not leak during the production process. After the back cover is opened, the materials inside the cover do not flow back to the outside of the rotary pot.

6. The cutting tools equipped with this machine are made of special materials, with sharp edges and adjustable clearance between the tip and the bottom of the pot. The tool dynamic balance adjustment is convenient, and it has a locking shaft device, making it easy and fast to load and unload the tools.

7. The actions of opening and closing the front and rear covers, lifting and feeding, and discharging of this machine are all completed by the hydraulic station, and there are interlocks between each action to prevent misoperation.
