GYYC Self operated Differential Pressurecontrol valveIt is a valve that uses the pressure changes of the medium itself for self-control to maintain the constant pressure difference of the medium flowing through the controlled system. Suitable for pressure difference control in heating systems using dual pipe systems, ensuring that the pressure difference of the system remains basically unchanged, reducing noise, balancing resistance, and eliminating hydraulic imbalance in the heating network.
Working principle
Taking the GYYC type self operated differential pressure control valve installed on the return water pipeline as an example to illustrate its working principle. When the water supply pressure P1 increases or decreases, the signal is transmitted from the connecting pipe to the upper chamber of the diaphragm, which drives the valve core to move downwards or upwards, reducing or increasing the flow area of the valve seat, and P2-P3 also increases or decreases until P1-P2 maintains its original value constant. At the moment when the return water pressure P3 increases or decreases, the flow velocity from the valve seat to the outlet decreases or increases, and the pressure P2 under the diaphragm also increases or decreases at this moment, driving the valve core to move up or down until the force on the diaphragm is re balanced, P2 returns to its original value, and P1-P2 remains constant, thus ensuring that the pressure difference between the supply and return water of the controlled system remains basically unchanged. (Note: This valve does not have a closing function)
