Working principle

When the water pump is turned on, the inlet pressure acts under the valve disc, and at the same time, the inlet pressure enters under the diaphragm through the inlet side ball valve 1 and the small filter 1, causing the valve to slowly open to prevent water hammer when the pump is turned on. When the pump is stopped, the valve disc, under its own weight and the action of the spring, quickly closes 90% to prevent water backflow and prevent water hammer from stopping the pump. The remaining 10% enters the diaphragm above the outlet end through the small ball valve 2 and small filter 2, and the closing speed slows down to create a buffering process, preventing a sudden increase in pressure and achieving silent shutdown.
