Hydraulic electric control valves are divided into two types: normally open and normally closed. ① The normally open type has the main valve closed when powered on. ② The normally closed energized main valve is open.

Working principle

① Normally open hydraulic electric control valve: The solenoid valve, needle valve, and ball valve are in the normally open position. When water enters the pipeline from the inlet end of the valve, the water flows through the micro filter and needle valve into the valve cover control room, and then flows out from the valve cover control room through the solenoid valve and ball valve to the outlet. Due to the negative pressure effect, the pressure in the control room is lower than the inlet pressure. The inlet pressure acting under the main valve disc lifts the main valve disc and opens it to supply water downstream. When it is necessary to close the main valve, press the switch of the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve will be powered on and closed. At this time, the water flow entering the control room will stop, and the pressure inside the control room will be equal to the inlet pressure. Due to the pressure difference between the upper and lower valve discs, the main valve will also close immediately.

② Normally closed hydraulic electric control valve: The solenoid valve is normally closed, and its operating principle is opposite to that of the normally open type. When it needs to be opened, press the solenoid valve switch, and the solenoid valve will be powered on to open, and the main valve will also open immediately.
