Any system with equivalent inlet conditions and suitable performance can be used. The maximum operating temperature should not exceed 250 ℃. Specification: Fan diameter: Ф800~2500mm、 Air volume: 16156~484000 m3/h, air pressure: 1400~5228Pa, C and D types.
Product Introduction:
The G4-73 and Y4-73 boiler drums and induced draft fans produced by our factory have the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, and long service life. Suitable for drum and induced draft systems in thermal power plants and general steam boilers. G4-73 can also be used for conventional ventilation in mines.
Type:
1. The blower and induced draft mechanism are single suction, each with 12 machine numbers No8-28.
2. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone machine, represented by "right"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left cyclone, represented by "left".
3. The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing.
4. The fan transmission method is D-type, all of which use elastic couplings for transmission.
Structure:
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a regulating door, and a transmission part.
1. Impeller: The blade is welded between the conical shaped front plate and the flat shaped rear plate, with a slanted angle at the back of the wing or flat plate. The impeller structure of the drum and induced draft fan of the same machine number is the same.
2. Shell: The shell is a snail shaped body welded from steel plates. The casing of the single suction fan is made in three different forms: the casing of No8-12 # is made as a whole structure and cannot be disassembled. The casing of No14-20 # is designed as a two open type. The No22-28 # casing is designed as a three open type and connected by bolts.
3. Air inlet: The streamlined air inlet is made into a whole structure and fixed to the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
4. Regulating door: Drum induced draft fans are generally equipped with regulating doors, which are devices used to adjust the air volume. The regulating gate blades are petal shaped and adopt an external transmission structure, which is flexible and convenient to rotate. The adjustment range is from 90 ° (fully closed) to 0 ° (fully open).
5. Transmission part: The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel, and this fan adopts rolling bearings. There are two forms of bearing housings: No8-20 # uses integral bearing housings; No22-28 # can use either integral bearing housings or two independent seat bearing housings. The induced draft fan is equipped with a water cooling device, with a water consumption of approximately 0.5m3-1m3/h.
The performance of a fan generally refers to its ability to transport air under standard conditions
The specified state of the blower is calculated at atmospheric pressure Pa=101300Pa, gas temperature t=20 ℃, and gas density ρ=1.2kg/m3.
The specified state of the induced draft fan is calculated at atmospheric pressure Pa=101325Pa, gas temperature t=200 ℃, and gas density ρ=0.745kg/m3.
