Overview

This machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry to aggregate particles after granulation, and to sort out uniform and qualified particles according to process requirements. It can be used in conjunction with boiling granulators, boiling dryers, and granulators, and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.

working principle

The machine is mainly composed of chassis, columns, lifting system, flipping system, etc. Lock the conical hopper with the material bin of the boiling dryer during operation. Activate the lifting button to lift the silo; Activate the flip button to flip the silo 180 °. Release the brake, rotate the column horizontally to the required position, then lower the silo to the working height. Open the butterfly valve to transfer the material to the next process.
