Ultrasonic cleaning machine cleaning process:

1. After completing the grinding process, use an ultrasonic specialized fixture to suspend and clean with wax removal water for 5 minutes at a water temperature of 80 ℃ for the first time.
   

2. Spray and rinse with tap water at room temperature for 2 minutes, and keep the water temperature at room temperature.

3. After completing the first wax removal water cleaning process, hang the suspension method for the first cleaning with halogenated hydrocarbon environmentally friendly cleaning agent for 5 minutes at a water temperature of 80 ℃. (Three consecutive cylinders)

4. Clean water for 2 minutes at room temperature.

Daily maintenance of ultrasonic cleaning machine:

1. Power supply: Use a power supply and power cord that meets the equipment specifications. A dedicated air switch for the cleaning machine must be installed in the user's power circuit to cut off the cleaning machine power supply when needed;

2. Grounding wire: Our company's cleaning machine body and generator are equipped with dedicated grounding wires on their power leads, which have distinct characteristics from other wires. Because this equipment comes into contact with water and corrosive (swelling) liquid levels, it is easy to cause leakage. Please connect the grounding wire according to safety requirements;

3. The equipment uses non flammable cleaning agents and should not use flammable or explosive substances as cleaning agents. When using the equipment, it is necessary to ensure that it is kept away from places with flammable or explosive substances. If the user needs to use certain substances in special circumstances, they must consult our company to confirm safety and take corresponding safety protection measures;

4. No liquid or insufficient liquid level in the cleaning tank can cause irreversible damage to the equipment. When using, it is necessary to ensure that a sufficient amount of cleaning liquid is injected into the tank, otherwise related electric heaters, pumps, and ultrasonic transducers may be damaged and may cause fire and personal injury;

5. Be careful not to splash water into the electrical control box and related electrical components, and keep them away from water vapor, corrosive gases, dust, etc;

6. When the equipment is abnormal, please contact our company in a timely manner or have an experienced professional electrician inspect it after stopping the power supply;

7. Please use a foot supported washing basket or hanging tool to hang the workpiece to be cleaned, and place it in the groove for cleaning. It is forbidden to directly place the workpiece at the bottom of the groove for cleaning, otherwise it may cause damage to the workpiece and cylinder bottom;

8. During equipment operation, there may be factors that could cause personal injury such as high temperature, high voltage, live electrical component terminal surfaces, movement of transmission mechanisms, and sudden pressure changes inside the machine. Do not open the machine casing during operation to avoid working without protection;

9. When the equipment is not in use for a long time, please release the cleaning solution, dry the inner tank and surface, and protect them with a thin film to prevent accelerated corrosion and aging of the equipment;

10. Maintaining ventilation, dryness, and cleanliness in the equipment workplace is beneficial for the long-term efficient operation of the equipment and optimizing the working environment conditions;

11. When the cleaning solution is too dirty, it should be dealt with in a timely manner. Regularly clean the dirt in the cleaning tank and storage tank to maintain the cleanliness of the cleaning tank and its appearance, which can improve the durability of the cleaning tank;
