Principle of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine:

The principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine is that the high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and propagated to the medium - cleaning solvent. When the group particles are wrapped in oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified, and the solid particles detach, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the cleaning part. In this process known as the "cavitation" effect, the closure of bubbles can create high temperatures of several hundred degrees Celsius and instantaneous high pressures exceeding 1000 atmospheres.
