Overview

The GD series tubular electrostatic precipitator adopts a special tubular electrode structure, which has a wider adaptability to capturing powder. At the same time, appropriate pre charged electrodes have been added at the entrance, which can achieve high dust removal efficiency with a shorter electric field. 1. Industrial and heating coal-fired boilers, heavy oil fired boilers.
2. Building materials: dry and wet cement rotary kilns, machine standing kilns, raw and clinker mills, raw material dryers, and cement packaging machines.
3. Nonferrous smelting: sintering of copper, lead, zinc, copper smelting furnace, electric arc furnace, reflector furnace, etc.

Selection instructions
1. Specific resistance of dust
The specific resistance requirement for dust in this tube pole electrostatic precipitator is 104-1012

For dust within this range, this series of electrostatic precipitators can be used. For dust outside the range, electrostatic precipitators are generally not considered and bag or cyclone dust collectors can be used. If the user uses an electrostatic precipitator, they can add flue gas conditioning before the electrostatic precipitator or contact our factory for joint negotiation and treatment. 2. Wind speed of electric field
The recommended operating condition for electric field wind speed is 0.5-1.6 meters per second; If the dust resistance is high or low, a lower wind speed should be selected.
The specific resistance of constant wind dust can be found in various professional manuals. However, because the properties of gases are constantly changing. The same dust can have significant changes in specific resistance under different meteorological conditions, humidity, and temperature. Therefore, the most reliable method is to measure the actual resistance of the processed dust.
3. Inlet dust concentration
The inlet of the device requires a standard concentration generally not exceeding 35 grams per cubic meter. When the concentration exceeds 35 grams per cubic meter, a special design scheme can be adopted to solve the problem.
4. Processing efficiency
The design efficiency of GD tube pole electrostatic precipitator is within the range of 95% -95.5%. When determining the processing efficiency, it is necessary to follow the economic principles of the national emission standards. Choose lower efficiency as much as possible while meeting emission standards.
