The equipment processing table adopts thickened tempered steel plate, which does not deform or sag, and has high carving flatness and verticality, increasing the stability of the whole machine for long-term use.
The important electrical components inside the control cabinet are all made of well-known brands, with strong impact resistance, anti-interference, moisture-proof and stability, ensuring long-term stable processing and operation of the equipment.
The adsorption table is equipped with an 11KW water type vacuum pump to achieve more uniform pressure distribution and ensure that the small board does not run out of material.
Taiwan imports linear guides with high precision, long service life, large contact surface, and strong load-bearing capacity. The use of vertical rail technology can better ensure operational stability.
Reinforced and thickened heavy-duty gantry, the steel plate is precision cut and processed by planer, and welded, equivalent to secondary tempering treatment, to ensure long-term durability and deformation free operation of the gantry. The overall cast iron side plate is subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment to prevent deformation of the side plate and affect the accuracy of Y-axis travel.
◆ Adopting German imported EGS drag chains and cables, the drag chains do not deform and the cables are not broken. The signal and power lines are separated according to specifications to better defend against signal interference. The internal partitions of the drag chains are fixed to prevent the cables from twisting together during operation. The cable adopts imported high flexibility shielded wire, which has a longer service life.
After the completion of the entire machine's work, it automatically pushes the material, saving time and effort. It is equipped with horizontal and vertical positioning cylinders, all of which are installed and adjusted by a dial gauge to ensure the secondary positioning accuracy during the processing of the front and back surfaces.
