This model is a strongman in the Volunteer Thick Material Sewing Machine series, which is one of the best-selling extremely thick material leather sewing machines in the American harness manufacturing industry. It adopts a three synchronous comprehensive feeding system: needle, feeding teeth, and presser foot cross lifting mechanism, ensuring that the upper and lower layers do not shift at any length of needle spacing, sewing smoothness, adhesive sewing, and extra long products within the rated range, making the sewn products neat and the stitches beautiful. The lifting capacity of the presser foot of this machine can reach 25 millimeters, and the alternating capacity of the differential presser foot can reach 10mm, ensuring that during the sewing process, when there is a change in fabric thickness, such as at the beginning of the seam or when sewing cross seams, the presser foot can still feed smoothly and continuously. We have adopted the (JUKI) TSC-441 ultra large half loop transformation shuttle, which increases the thread capacity, reduces the number of thread changes, and improves work efficiency. The shuttle core winding device is located at the upper part of the machine head, making winding simple and convenient. It can use extremely thick thread (1300D/3, V415, T-400 or 1.4mm hollow thread/decorative thread) and meet the requirements of various thick thread decorative seams.
