Detailed introduction:
The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.
purpose
GY4-68 type kiln centrifugal ventilation and induced draft fan is a series of ventilation and induced draft fans suitable for steam kilns below 230T/h in thermal power plants. Unless otherwise specified, G4-68 type can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation.
The medium conveyed by the ventilation fan is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃; The medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃.
Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan and improve its service life.
2、 Performance parameter table of GY4-68 kiln centrifugal ventilation fan
The parameters provided in the performance table. The performance of the ventilation fan is calculated based on an air medium with a gas temperature of 20 ℃, atmospheric pressure of 101325Pa, and gas density of 1.2kg/m3; The performance of the induced draft fan is calculated based on a flue gas medium with a gas temperature of 200 ℃, atmospheric pressure of 101325Pa, and gas density of 0.745kg/m3.
