Fully automatic softened water equipment generally uses glass tanks and stainless steel resin tanks, strong acid sodium ion cation cation resin, and salt tanks to form a complete machine. Working principle of softened water:
The equipment is mainly used to remove cations in water, such as calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions, by reducing the hardness of water. The process is that when the raw water enters the glass tank through a water pump and the internal resin layer is formed, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are adsorbed by the resin, while the sodium ions are exchanged and released. The water flowing out of the exchanger in this way is softened water with hardness ions removed, thus achieving the purpose of softening water quality.
Softened water is less prone to scaling, which can prevent scaling in pipelines, containers, and boilers. Greatly saving investment costs while ensuring smooth production. At present, it has been widely used in the circulating feedwater of various steam boilers, hot water boilers, heat exchangers, steam condensers, air conditioners, direct fired engines and other equipment and systems.
