Introduction to D2100 Fully Automatic Sample Dynamic Dilution System
The D2100 series dynamic dilution device is used for online or laboratory preparation of mixed gas standard substances, and is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6145. The principle is to dynamically dilute high concentration gas samples to the required low concentration gas by precisely controlling the gas flow rate, meeting the needs of different concentration gases for gas analyzer, gas detection alarm calibration, and gas analysis quality control. This system can prepare single component gases, as well as customize multi-channel mixing and multi-stage dilution devices according to user needs, for the preparation of multi-component mixed gases and trace component gases.
During the dilution process, the sample gas flows steadily to 0.3-2ml/min through a fixed gas barrier (without a fixed phase passivation chromatographic column), and the sample after stable flow is mixed with a fixed flow rate of dilution gas and directly entersinstrumentInjection testing. Users can directly set the dilution ratio through the touch screen or control it through PC control software. The system supports different types of gases as dilution gases. To avoid sample adsorption, all sample pipelines undergo inerting treatment to reduce sample loss. When the system outlet is connected to a vacuum pump, the system compensates for the negative pressure at the sample outlet to ensure that the flow ratio remains unchanged.
The system is controlled by GC5000 NMHC, GC5000 BTEX, and GC5000 VOC online chromatographic analyzers to complete the switching of sampling bypass, zero gas and standard gas flow paths, as well as precise control of zero gas and standard gas flow rates, achieving calibration or detection of the chromatographic system. It is an essential auxiliary device in the P5100 online monitoring system.
