Detailed equipment supply list:

after-sale service:

a) The equipment comes with a 12-month warranty upon leaving the factory. The time starts from the date of final acceptance after delivery. During the warranty period, if there are any manufacturing quality issues, the supplier will provide free warranty. If there are other reasons, the user will bear reasonable repair costs. Provide accessories and good service after the warranty period expires, and charge reasonable fees.

b) When the device malfunctions during use, the supplier shall respond within 2 hours after receiving notification from the purchaser. If the issue cannot be resolved directly over the phone, personnel should be dispatched to the scene within 24 hours. Generally, faults should be resolved within 48 hours, and major faults should be resolved as quickly as possible, generally within 72 hours (excluding holidays).

c) The supplier is responsible for timely feedback to the demand side on the development trend of new processes, introducing the characteristics of new equipment, providing advanced technology and processes, and explaining the demand side's doubts.

Technical training and equipment acceptance:

A. Technical training: The seller is responsible for training the buyer's operators and maintenance personnel, and the training can be divided into two phases. The first phase involves the buyer sending relevant personnel to the seller for initial acceptance before shipment, with a training period of approximately 3-5 days. The second phase involves the seller sending technical personnel to provide further training during installation, commissioning, and acceptance of the equipment upon delivery to the buyer.

Equipment acceptance:

a.Conduct pre acceptance at the seller's factory and process qualified test specimens specified by the buyer.

b．Acceptance method:

The acceptance will be conducted in two stages. For the first stage, the seller shall notify the buyer to send personnel to the supplier for initial acceptance before delivery. If the acceptance is qualified, the goods will be shipped. After the second delivery of the equipment, the seller shall send personnel to the buyer's factory for installation and commissioning, conduct acceptance inspection together with the buyer, and issue an acceptance report.

B. Acceptance criteria:

1 Conduct acceptance in accordance with the relevant provisions of this technical agreement;

2 Conduct machine testing and acceptance according to the actual sample on the workpiece drawing.
