2、 Principle The physical and chemical water treatment system has successfully solved the shortcomings of traditional water treatment methods, which are not ideal and comprehensive enough for single water treatment. The water quality treatment system consists of a control system (referred to as System 1) and a working system (referred to as System 2). System 2 is installed on the circulating water pipeline, and System 1 is installed nearby. Systems 1 and 2 are closely adjacent and interact with each other. The working system (System 2) is installed in the system pipeline and performs electronic descaling functions. In addition, it activates the water quality with a constant magnetic field in the permanent magnet water processor and drives the pipeline network to form cathodic protection and other magnetization functions. The physical advanced multi-stage circulating water treatment is used to thoroughly complete the water treatment purpose of the system. The water quality controller in (System 2) works 24 hours a day to monitor changes in water quality in real time. In case of poor water quality, its information is reflected to the control system (System 1) for the first time. After analysis by the main system microcomputer, it is fed back to the water quality online adjustment system. Under the monitoring of (System 1), appropriate chemicals are promptly delivered to (System 2) to reduce the concentration factor in the water and carry out neutralization treatment; At the same time, when microorganisms and impurities accumulate in the water system generated between permanent magnet water treatment and electronic water treatment in System 2, the pressure difference self-control backwash sewage system will activate the backwash sewage actuator due to the change in inlet and outlet pressure difference. After all the dirt is completely removed, the water quality regulation system will return to standby mode, and the monitoring system will be in operation at any time.

Design selection instructions:
If the main pipe diameter is DN200/1 unit, the selection (as shown in the table below) is PCC-CLDK1-200 (one to one)
If the branch pipe diameter is DN200/2, the selection (as shown in the table below) is PCC-CLDK2-200 (one to two)
If there are 3 branch pipes with a diameter of DN200, the selection (as shown in the table below) is PCC-CLDK3-200 (one to three)
Installation precautions
1. When the intelligent fully automatic physical and chemical backwash water treatment system is installed in the cooling circulating water system, the drug delivery pipe of the water quality treatment system is separately installed on the inlet pipe of the cooling tower, system two is installed on the outlet pipe of the cooling tower, and system one can be installed in open spaces such as corners of the computer room floor.
2. When the intelligent fully automatic physical and chemical backwash water treatment system is installed in the cooling circulating water system, System 2 should be installed on the inlet pipeline of the main unit, while System 1 can be installed in open spaces such as corners of the computer room floor.
