Split type suction machine

The suction machine is used for conveying raw materials in injection molding and can automatically feed them to the injection molding machine. When there is a shortage of material in the material bucket of the plastic central feeding system, it will give a signal to the suction machine. The suction machine uses the principle of exhaust to transport plastic raw materials into the material bucket of the injection molding machine. When the material reaches a certain level, the suction machine stops and can be transported again when there is not enough material.

The suction machine is a new type of small central feeding machine developed and designed on the basis of the original suction machine. It has strong suction power, simple operation, beautiful appearance, safety and convenience. The machine is equipped with a high-pressure fan and one or six central vacuum hoppers, suitable for multiple dehumidification and drying feeders or separately supplying raw materials to different molding machines or buckets. It can greatly save space and costs, and can also be upgraded to be used by multiple molding machines.

Classification of suction machines

Suction machines can be divided into two types: direct suction machines and split suction machines. Single suction machines use carbon brush motors. If the motor is damaged, it can be replaced. The split type suction machine adopts an independent motor and can be used with multiple suction machines simultaneously.

The suction machine can be used together with the crusher, and the size of the bottom hole of the crusher can be adjusted according to the usage situation to match the conveying hole of the suction machine. If the material is too long, it is easy to wrap around the shaft, which is not conducive to use.
