This device is a specialized equipment for post press processing of playing cards, providing a new technology for post press processing of playing cards.

It can process single and double deck cards and is suitable for various layout forms, namely: 545X545 (single deck), 808X720 (double deck 108 cards), 897X662 (double deck 110 cards), 986X603 (double deck 110 cards), without the need for tool change, only simple adjustment is needed.

The high-speed operation of the paper head is smooth, and the upper and lower layered paper feeding is smooth, ensuring the normal and stable working speed of the machine at 3000 times per hour, which is 6000 pairs per hour. The cutting section adopts a special pressure spoke structure and a continuous point cutting method, with a cutting accuracy of ± 0.2mm.

The unique card receiving structure is controlled by a servo system for card pushing and a pneumatic system for card receiving, ensuring that the order between each deck of cards is not disorderly and no cards are lost.
