The bottom of the water tank is designed with an airflow pipeline, and an air outlet is equipped above the pipeline. When the machine is working, the oxygen pump produces high-pressure airflow through the airflow pipeline and the air outlet, which continuously agitates the water flow inside the box, causing the material to continuously roll and surf inside the box. Bubbles are ejected from the bottom of the water tank, and when they touch the material, they immediately explode. The explosive force of the bubbles fully cleans the sediment hidden in the gaps of the material, achieving the effect of removing impurities and wrinkles in the material itself. To ensure the quality of cleaning, a full-length airflow duct is designed at the bottom of the cleaning machine to ensure efficient surfing cleaning of materials from entering the cleaning interior to the discharge port.

The discharge lifting mesh belt adopts stainless steel mesh chain, which is sturdy, durable, and corrosion-resistant. Impurities such as large stones, sand particles, and mud that are washed away during cleaning can sink to the bottom of the water tank through the gaps in the mesh belt. When the machine is stopped for cleaning, the water tank can be cleaned. Using a full-length mesh belt, animal materials can be evenly carried forward during cleaning. The lifting motor adopts a variable frequency speed control motor, with controllable cleaning time and adjustable lifting speed.

This machine is designed as a continuous cleaning equipment with circulating water. The water resources inside the bubble cleaning section water tank can be recycled. A high-pressure spray device for circulating water is designed above the water tank, and a clean water spray device is designed above the discharge outlet mesh belt. Through the clean water spray device, clean water continuously enters the circulating water tank. The circulating water tank is designed with overflow holes, and when the water level inside the tank reaches a certain level, the wastewater can be discharged through the overflow port. The combination of water purification spray and overflow hole can achieve the effect of ensuring the cleanliness of water resources inside the water tank. Clean water continuously enters and then discharges dirty water, avoiding the trouble of changing water and wasting water resources, ensuring the cleanliness of water inside the water tank. The high-pressure spray device is used to tap and clean the materials, and the air bubble surfing cleaning is used for bidirectional cleaning, thus achieving the effect of thoroughly cleaning the materials.

The side of the equipment is designed with a small water tank, which is equipped with a conveying and impurity removal device and a high-pressure water circulation device. During operation, the high-pressure water circulation device circulates the water entering the small water tank to the feed inlet position at the rear of the equipment. On the one hand, it can form a high-pressure water flow to push the material forward, and on the other hand, it can form a high-pressure water flow to assist in cleaning. During the cleaning process, floating materials are constantly floating on the water surface due to the influence of bubbling waves, and are pushed towards the discharge outlet by the high-pressure circulating water flow at the back of the water tank. Impurities in the floating materials can be manually cleaned when they reach the small water tank, achieving the effect of cleaning and removing impurities.
