The machine operates without vibration and does not require the installation of foot bolts. It can be directly placed on a hard ground. The four corners of the feet are leveled with rubber pads, and the body wall panels are adjusted to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Then, the power and cooling water sources are connected. The cooling water source can be tap water or circulating water.
maintenance
1. The machine must operate at room temperature of 0-27 ℃, and a comprehensive inspection of the machine must be conducted before starting up.
2. Before starting up, add lubricating oil to the lubrication points specified on the "Lubrication Instruction Plate". After normal operation, add lubricating oil according to the prescribed time.
3. Before using the machine, it should be idling and checked for normal operation before use.
4. Strictly follow the operation level, insert hard objects into the punching die, strike the bubble suction roller die with hard objects, and heat seal the mesh roller.
5. After the work is completed, the power should be cut off, and after each heating part has cooled down, cover it with a dust cover.
6. Refer to the user manual for the use and maintenance of the vacuum pump.
