Performance characteristics of production line
1. All racks of the equipment in this line are made of 304 # high-quality stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are made of 316 # high-quality stainless steel, food grade silicone hoses, and engineering plastic parts. They are corrosion-resistant, beautiful, clean, and easy to clean, meeting food grade hygiene requirements;

6. Equipped with anti drip filling nozzles and anti drip devices for dual protection, ensuring that droplets are not spilled on the equipment when not filling, and maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the filling area;
7. Quick detachable connectors are also selected for easy replacement of spare parts;
8. The capping machine adopts servo driven capping/locking, with adjustable torque and independent vacuum station to ensure the vacuum requirements of the product after capping;
9. The lifting function of the capping machine automatically sorts the front and back caps, and the lower cap mechanism automatically aligns the bottle caps to ensure continuous production;
10. The labeling machine uses a servo motor to drive the head for labeling, and is paired with a diamond grinding wheel to collect labels, ensuring high precision labeling;
11. The coding machine uses ultraviolet laser coding machine, which has excellent beam quality and more precise and fine marking;
