This equipment is one of the raw material pretreatment devices in fruit and vegetable processing. By pre boiling the raw materials, browning can be prevented, active enzymes can be inhibited, and pectin can be decomposed to improve juice yield.

The machine is mainly composed of a power transmission part, a conveying screw, a discharge hopper, a screen, inner and outer cylinders, steam pipes, a frame, and other parts. Except for some standard components such as power and bearings, the rest are made of stainless steel 304 material. During operation, materials are added through the feeding port and enter the spiral pre boiling machine. Steam enters the inner cylinder through the pipeline, heating the water in the inner cylinder and also heating the materials. The materials are heated and advanced by the spiral propeller, reaching the required temperature and time for the process. After that, the materials are discharged from the discharge port.
