Full stainless steel flat round head double drum core rivets
The all stainless steel flat round head double drum core pulling rivet is a special open type rivet made of stainless steel material. During riveting, the rivet core pulls the end of the pipe cap into a single drum, double drum or multiple drum shape, clamps two or more structural components to be riveted, and can reduce the pressure acting on the surface of the structural components.

1. Has multi-layer riveting ability and good sealing performance;
2. Has good hole filling properties and can compensate for irregular holes, out of tolerance holes, or elliptical holes through riveting;
3. After riveting, one or more large drums are formed at the axial blind end to evenly distribute the riveting load at the tail end on a larger pressure bearing surface, making it more suitable for multi-layer thin plate riveting and non-metallic component connection environments;
4. After riveting, it provides strong seismic resistance and nail core locking force to avoid abnormal noise;
5. Good corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties;
6. Wide riveting range, can reduce spare rivet inventory, suitable for various riveting thicknesses (recommended riveting thickness larger than open type).
