Stainless steel external lock wire drawing rivet:
The head of the all stainless steel countersunk external lock drawn rivet core adopts a cup-shaped design, which gives the rivet head the ability to freely shrink and deform. Therefore, during riveting, the rivet core expands the pipe cap on one hand, and forms a mechanical interlock with the pipe cap on the other hand. The residual rivet core is automatically locked inside the expansion pipe cap, and the brim is a 100 degree angled countersunk head. After riveting, the surface is smooth, and the drawn rivet has a wide riveting range. The drawn rivet has strong clamping force on the riveted part, good sealing performance and shock resistance, and extremely high mechanical strength.
