Overview

The system centrally monitors the equipment within the entire refrigeration station system and completes a reasonable workflow based on different water system forms. Enable them to coordinate operations, thereby achieving automated operation and unified management.

Feature Introduction

1. Collect chiller data through the chiller integration interface;

2. Start the cooling machine working mode according to the pre arranged work and schedule;

3. Number control of chiller units: Based on the measured values of chilled water supply and return temperatures and supply flow, automatically calculate the required cooling load and adjust the number of chiller units in operation;

Load calculation: Q=K × M × (T1-T2), where:

Q: Load

K: Constant

M: Traffic volume

T1: Temperature of cold water return main pipe

T2: Temperature of cold water supply main pipe

4. Rotation frequency of chiller unit: Count the running time of the unit and the running time of each start-up The one that's missing;

5. Chilled water differential pressure control: Based on the pressure difference between the supply and return of chilled water, the bypass valve is automatically adjusted to maintain a constant supply and return water pressure difference;

6. Water pump protection control: Before starting the water pump, the pressure sensor detects the pressure status of the water pipe. If the pressure is less than 0.5 kilograms, the water pump enters automatic protection and does not start up;

7. Water replenishment control: The water replenishment pump is automatically started and stopped according to the pressure of the chilled water. When the pressure reaches the set value, the pump is automatically stopped, and when it is lower than the set value, the water replenishment pump is started; When the commonly used water replenishment pump malfunctions and alarms, it automatically switches to the backup water replenishment pump.
