The structure of J44F fluoroplastic lined globe valve is angular, which has the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, short stroke (generally 1/4 of nominal diameter), and is widely used in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries. The valve body, valve cover, valve disc and other internal components of the product are designed with fluoroplastic lining components; The valve seat adopts integral polymer as the sealing material, which has excellent sealing performance over a wide temperature and pressure range, strong corrosion resistance and extremely high reliability.
2、 Purpose:
The J44F series fluorine lined angle globe valve adopts fluoroplastic lining technology, and the valve body is precision cast by investment casting, with high strength and smooth appearance. All the flow components in contact with the liquid are made of fluoroplastic, so it can be used for any concentration of corrosive pipelines and pipeline work in the range of -50 ℃ to 180 ℃ for a long time. However, it should be emphasized that the stop valve lined with fluoroplastic should not be used for flow regulation to prevent high-speed medium flow erosion and damage to the sealing surface at the throttle port.
