The working resistance of the flat skeleton is mainly composed of three parts: structural resistance, cleaning filter cloth resistance, and dust layer adhesion resistance on the filter cloth. The resistance of the equipment is mainly determined by the last two resistances. It is worth noting that the exhaust gas from dry operation is a high dust and high humidity gas, and special attention should be paid to the working temperature of the bag filter. Therefore, in separation technology, particle size distribution is used to determine the separation efficiency of the separator, which is called classification efficiency. After the dust containing gas enters the box, the powder generates inertia, diffusion, adhesion, and electrostatic effects to adhere to the surface of the filter cloth. The clean gas of the dust collector skeleton passes through the pores of the filter cloth and is discharged from the clean air chamber. The working resistance increases within a certain range with the increase of dust adhesion on the filter cloth. The change in resistance will cause fluctuations in the system ventilation rate, which has a significant impact on the separation efficiency. Generally, the operating temperature should be 10-20 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature. Otherwise, once condensation occurs, a large amount of dust adheres to the filter cloth, and the resistance suddenly increases. In severe cases, it will cause the system to fail. This is the classification efficiency. Practice has proven that separation efficiency is not only related to the structure and operating conditions of the separator, but also varies with particle size distribution. Under the same operating conditions, unified devices have different granularity distributions and overall efficiencies.
