The flat plate microporous aerator is a new type of aerator device newly developed by our company. The device consists of a base, rubber membrane, cover, and air check valve. The flat microporous aerator has small aeration bubbles, large gas-liquid area, uniform bubble diffusion, no pore blockage, and corrosion resistance. Flat plate microporous aerators are widely used in aerobic aeration tanks due to their low cost and excellent performance.
●Technical performance
Through years of engineering application experience, micro porous aerators have problems such as membrane tearing, membrane failure to open, and sludge entering the bronchi. Through the analysis of disassembling the aerator, most of the reasons mentioned above are due to the fact that after the aeration is stopped, the sewage enters the pipeline through the aerator. When the system is restarted next time, the flow rate of the air duct is generally designed to be about 10 times that of the liquid flow rate, and the liquid in the pipeline is prone to breaking through the membrane. Sewage entering the aerator can also cause internal pollution.
Our company's flat microporous aerator adopts a newly designed air check valve, which has the characteristics of good check effect, fast check speed, and low opening pressure of the check valve. Due to the use of efficient check valves, it is difficult for sewage to enter the interior of the aerator, effectively avoiding damage to the membrane. The flat microporous aerator is mainly made of polypropylene and the membrane is made of imported rubber, which has the ability to resist dirt adhesion. The incoming air does not require special filtration, and intermittent aeration does not clog, making it an excellent product of the new generation that eliminates the need for maintenance during long-term operation.
