GB/T 9330-2008 Plastic Insulated Control Cables
GB/T19666-2005 General rules for flame-retardant and fire-resistant wires and cables
Purpose:
Plastic insulated (PVC insulated and XLPE insulated) sheathed control cables are used for AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kV, 450/750V control, monitoring circuits, and protection lines. They are used for distribution control and power and electric control in power plants and substations, as well as for flame retardant requirements.
The long-term allowable working temperature for PVC insulated cable conductors is 70 ℃; The long-term allowable working temperature of XLPE insulated cable conductor is 90 ℃;
The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0 ℃, and the recommended allowable bending radius is:
The cable without armor layer should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Cables with armor or copper tape shielding structure should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Flexible cables with shielding layer structures should be no less than 6 times the size of the cable.
Color identification is used for insulated wire cores of cables with 5 or fewer cores. Color identification can also be used, or numerical color identification can be used.
Using numerical recognition, arrange the numbers clockwise from the inner layer to the outer layer in natural number order starting from 1. The color of the numerical symbol should be clearly different from the insulation color.
flame retardant performance
The flame retardant performance should pass the bundled combustion A, B or C test specified in GB/T18380.33-35. If the user does not request it, the C test requirements should be followed
5. Low halogen, low smoke flame retardant performance
PH value ≥ 2.5; Transmittance ≥ 30%; Conductivity ≤ 30 μ S/mm
6. Halogen free low smoke flame retardant performance
PH value ≥ 4.3; Transmittance ≥ 60%; Conductivity ≤ 10 μ S/mm
