working principle:
This machine is a vortex type ultrafine classifier, which is a centrifugal classifier with secondary air intake and rotor horizontal installation. Usually, materials and air (primary air) enter from the lower cylinder (which is characterized by being easy to match with the airflow mill of the air conveying product, without the need for a raw material and airflow separation device) for pre dispersion. When the material rises to the periphery of the grading wheel, it is subjected to the centrifugal force of the rotor, and qualified products are discharged from the upper part. The coarse particles then fall back, and are further dispersed and re dispersed by the secondary air in the air grille. The machine is equipped with an air seal isolation device on the grading wheel end face to ensure that coarse particles are not mixed into qualified products. At the same time, an air seal structure is installed at the bearing to ensure that the bearing operates normally in high dust environments.
