The patented adhesive label film products Primax and FasClear are transparent and white polyolefin multi-layer composite in mold label films, which are functionally divided into printing layer, core layer, and adhesive layer. The surface of the printing layer provides excellent printability, the core layer determines the stiffness and transparency of the label, and the adhesive layer ensures excellent composite performance between the adhesive label and the bottle body.
Characteristics of film labels:
The self-adhesive label and the bottle body are on the same surface, and the color pattern is as if printed directly on the surface of the bottle body. Especially Primax and FasClear materials that can stretch, shrink, and deform when applied to plastic bottle bodies, they will deform with the deformation of the bottle body and will not cause label wrinkling. The surface of the adhesive label material does not absorb ink, and the printed labels have bright colors and strong three-dimensional effects, with better color effects than paper. Corona treatment has good printing adaptability, suitable for various printing processes, and is suitable for adhesive label stickers on cosmetics and daily chemical products.
Common film adhesive label materials:
PET material (bright white, bright silver, sub white, sub silver, transparent)
Electronic product labels, due to the surface coating that can improve printing adaptability, are suitable for general printing processing and heat transfer printing.
Synthetic paper material
It is a paper plastic composite material, mainly made of plastic, with the whiteness, opacity, and good printing processing and heat transfer printing properties of paper.
Attachment: Manufacturing process of film materials Primax and FasClear: Plastic particles of BOPP and PE are melted in an extruder and squeezed into a casting device. The solution is mixed in the casting device, and compressed air is used to make the mixed solution flow out through the gaps of the casting device. The film is cooled and thinned by a cooling roller, and the film is stretched and shaped in the machine direction by a directional stretching device to form a film that can only deform longitudinally.
