Feldspar is an aluminosilicate mineral containing calcium, sodium, and potassium. There are many types of feldspar, such as albite, plagioclase, barite, plagioclase, orthoclase, and plagioclase. During work,pulverizerThe main motor drives the spindle and turntable to rotate through a reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.
The raw material of feldspar is crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by a hoist. After passing through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe, the feldspar particles are evenly sent to the upper part of the rotary table on the loose material tray.
Under the action of centrifugal force, feldspar particles scatter towards the periphery of the circle and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring, where they are impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After three layers of processing in the raceway, they become feldspar powder. The high-pressure fan sucks in external air through suction and brings the crushed feldspar powder into the powder selection machine.
The rotating impeller inside the powder selector causes the coarse feldspar powder to fall back and grind again, while the fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom, which is the final feldsparSuperfine powderThe airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by a pulse dust collector and discharged through a fan and muffler.
