Dissolve fat in organic solvents, use extraction method to separate fat from the solvent, then dry, weigh and calculate the fat content. This instrument mainly consists of three parts: heating soaking extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling. During operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the reagent and the ambient temperature.
