Working principle
This machine adopts the principle of vacuum airflow conveying. By using a vortex pump to extract air, the receiving container is brought to a negative pressure (or vacuum) state, which can automatically control the transportation and feeding of various powders, granules, and powder particle mixtures. Widely applicable to high loading heights. For various materials with long conveying distances and large loading volumes, this machine is equipped with a built-in pulse blowback device. It can significantly improve the separation efficiency of materials.
The machine is mainly composed of a suction tube, a cyclone dust collector, a vortex air pump, an electronic control device, etc.
