Product details

One overview
FZB (L) anti-corrosion self-priming pump is a small self-priming pump with a steel lined fluoroplastic structure, which has excellent corrosion resistance and self-priming performance. Suitable for absorbing strong oxidizing and corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and organic solvents with full concentration. The typical job positions are as follows:
1. The liquid stored in the storage tank is sucked into the measuring tank.
2. Unloading, unloading ships, etc.
II Structural features and technical performance
This series of pumps adopts a steel lined fluoroplastic (F46) structure, which combines the excellent corrosion resistance of plastic pumps with the strength of metal pumps. The pump body has better resistance to thermal deformation, stress damage caused by pipeline thermal expansion and contraction, installation reliability, and vibration resistance than all plastic self-priming pumps.
The FZB (L) small fluoroplastic self-priming pump is equipped with a mechanical seal and an overcurrent component made of fluoroplastic. This pump is suitable for clear liquid media below 80 ℃. The sealing pads that come into contact with the media include nitrile rubber, fluororubber (F246), and fluoroplastic (F4, F46), which can be selected according to the user's working conditions. This series of pumps only requires filling the pump with liquid before starting up, which can extract the vacuum and transport the liquid safely and conveniently.

7 Installation and usage precautions
Installation
1. The pump has been transported over a long distance to the production site. Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the parts of the entire machine are intact, tighten the fasteners, and check the concentricity between the pump shaft and the motor shaft. If there is any displacement, it should be corrected.
2. During installation, efforts should be made to minimize hydraulic losses in the suction pipeline. Bends smaller than 90 ° should not be installed, and there should not be more than 2 90 ° bends on the inlet pipeline. A filter screen should be installed at the pump inlet to prevent large impurities from entering the pump and ensure its normal operation.
3. The connecting bolts of the inlet pipe should be tightened evenly, and the seal should be tight without air leakage, otherwise it will seriously affect the self-priming performance of the pump.
Precautions for operation and use
1. Check whether the direction of motor operation is consistent with the direction mark of pump operation, and do not reverse it!
2. The pump body must be filled with liquid before it can start running, and it is strictly prohibited to run it without air. If the pump cannot produce liquid within the specified self-priming height range for 3-5 minutes, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause, in order to prevent the working fluid in the pump from heating up and damaging the pump.
3. After the first injection of liquid into the pump body, it is generally not necessary to inject liquid again. However, if the shutdown time is long or there is leakage in the seal after shutdown, the liquid in the pump may be lost. Before the second start-up, the liquid in the pump should be checked and filled before starting.
When not in use for a long time in winter, the liquid in the pump body should be drained to avoid freezing and malfunction.
