The 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105 corrosion-resistant plastic pump series single suction direct coupled plastic centrifugal pump is a small plastic pump with advanced structure, small volume, light weight, low power consumption, acid and alkali resistance, good sealing, and easy maintenance. Widely used for transporting corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts, ideal products for chemical, light industry, and waste treatment. Among them, the 104 type adopts 220V voltage and can be used for household selection.

FP Reinforced Polypropylene Centrifugal Pump - Instructions for Use

1. Plastic pumps should be installed horizontally, and the pump body should not follow the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must be facing upwards.
2. The pump body must be filled with water before use. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. Before starting the motor, check whether its rotation direction is consistent with the pump direction mark.
4. The conveyed medium and temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of plastic pumps should not exceed 60 ℃, the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃, and the ambient temperature should be less than 40 ℃.
5. No no-load operation is allowed.

The temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 80 ℃, and the ambient temperature should be less than 40 ℃.
5. No no-load operation is allowed.
