Product Introduction
The FLUX series solvent based ultrasonic steam cleaning machine has five cleaning functions, including ultrasonic cleaning, jet rinsing, immersion cleaning, steam rinsing, and condensation drying. HFE (hydrofluoroether) or HFC (hydrofluorocarbon) solvents can be used alone, or a combination of HFE (hydrofluoroether) and HFC (hydrofluorocarbon) solvents can be effectively used.
Ultrasonic cleaning, jetting, or soaking is performed in the first tank to immerse the product to be cleaned in a mixed solvent, typically including HFE (hydrofluoroether) and a petroleum based hydrocarbon solvent.
Ultrasonic or jet treatment or immersion in a pure HFE distillate tank is performed in the second tank to remove any residue from the components carried during the first stage of cleaning.
The first tank uses a unique control method of electric heating to effectively boil the solvent, while also helping to minimize solvent emissions to the greatest extent possible.
After the initial rinse in the second tank, perform the final steam rinse in the steam zone above the tank containing pure distilled solvent. Then, the components located in the drying area are dried. In the drying area, most of the solvent condenses onto the refrigeration cooling coils located above and around the process tank for recycling and reuse.
