To ensure that the vacuum freeze dryer can achieve the desired freeze-drying effect and extend its service life, please pay attention to the following matters.
The operating environment temperature and humidity of the freeze dryer should be maintained at 10 ℃ -30 ℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 80%
The working environment of the freeze dryer should be used in an environment without conductive dust, explosive, corrosive gases, and strong electromagnetic field interference.
When the cumulative working time of the vacuum pump reaches 200 hours or the color of the vacuum pump oil turns brown, the pump oil should be replaced in a timely manner. Prevent the vacuum pump from malfunctioning.
Do not frequently switch on or off the refrigerant. After the refrigeration unit is shut down, wait for at least 3 minutes before restarting to prevent damage to the refrigerant.
When shutting down, inflate first and then turn off the vacuum pump to prevent the sample from being contaminated by oil returning from the vacuum pump.
The connection between the organic glass drying bucket and the host is sealed with a silicone sealing ring, which should be kept clean to prevent scratches. Organic glass cannot be wiped with organic solvents.
After using the freeze dryer, the moisture inside the cold trap should be wiped clean.
