Product Introduction
The FCAY anti vacuum magnetic drive centrifugal oil pump is a new type of leak free and fully sealed magnetic drive oil pump designed based on the AY oil pump. Its structural form, installation dimensions, and performance parameter range are suitable for the standards of AY oil pumps. The FCAY type anti vacuum magnetic drive centrifugal oil pump eliminates the disadvantage of the hollow shaft of traditional magnetic pumps and adopts a solid shaft, which enhances the strength of the shaft and reduces the harm of uneven stress on the bearings due to shaft deflection, thereby increasing the service life of the pump. The FCAY anti vacuum magnetic driven centrifugal oil pump adopts advanced engineering plastics as sealing covers, completely eliminating a series of problems caused by magnetic eddy currents. For example, due to the heat generated by the sealing cover, the magnetic rotor demagnetizes; The medium being transported may cause problems such as self aggregation blocking the reflux hole due to high temperature. More importantly, the efficiency of the magnetic pump has been improved by 3% to 5%. The FCAY type anti vacuum magnetic drive centrifugal oil pump simplifies the structure of traditional magnetic pumps, making the pump easier to maintain and repair.

Product Usage
The FCAY type anti vacuum magnetic drive centrifugal oil pump is divided into single-stage single suction, single-stage double suction, or multi-stage single suction pumps, with a wide range of applications. It is mainly used in industries such as petroleum refining, petrochemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, dyes, papermaking, environmental protection, metallurgy, and power at room temperature. It transports solid particles free, flammable, explosive, easily vaporized, toxic, and suction pipes that frequently vaporize and evacuate, making it difficult to achieve zero leakage with mechanical seals.
