EXIt's a steam sealing machine. The Odion Audion steam sealing machine is a unique sealing machine that can seal bags without power supply. The sealing machine uses pressure steam as a heat source, and during the sealing process, the pressure steam is introduced into the sealing tube located inside the lower sealing rod. The sealing temperature corresponds to the steam supply pressure.
The steam sealing machine is explosion-proof because it has no ignition source and is safe for sealing products in hazardous environments. For traditional production systems, products must be transported from hazardous areas to safe areas for packaging.
Using the steam sealing machine from Oudian, the product can be packaged on site during production. No longer need to transport products, the process becomes more efficient.
This machine is a standard desktop model and supports optional options.

Additional requirements for this sealant:
-The steam pressure regulator is used to regulate the pressure of saturated steam supplied to the sealing machine.
-Pressure gauge: used to check the pressure of saturated steam at the interface.
-Drain valve: used to discharge discharged water.
-Steam supply valve: used to stop steam supply after operation.
-Bypass valve: used for blowing and discharging initial air, drainage, etc.
-Safety valve: required when the primary steam pressure is greater than 1.0MPa.
