Real time monitoring of combustible gas concentration inside the box, automatic ventilation, equipped with pressure relief port and pressure exhaust device, which automatically opens when the pressure rises.
External charging and discharging test cabinet, capable of conducting overcharging, overdischarging, and charging/discharging tests on batteries.
The integrated explosion-proof design of the box body (explosion-proof chain of the box door, explosion-proof window) effectively protects the safety of the test.
Equipped with CO2 gas fire extinguishers (which can be automatically/manually activated in case of battery combustion or explosion).
The sprinkler device is placed at the top of the testing area of the box, with an adjustable water pressure of 0.4-0.6Mpa.
Product Structure Description
1. Controller
The new LED color touch screen control panel integrates all button operations, data and charts, and alarm prompts. It has convenient program settings, supports constant values and program operation modes, and has 150 modes and 1500 editing steps.
2. Laboratory
The inner box testing room is made of SUS304 stainless steel and welded with argon gas protection for industrial manufacturing; Silicone sealing strip effectively seals.
3. Condenser
Use a cold and efficient copper tube finned forced convection heat exchanger condenser.
4. Evaporator
Efficient multi-stage evaporator with hydrophilic film fins.
5. Auxiliary devices
High precision expansion valves, battery valves, oil separators, desiccants, and other components are all imported from internationally renowned brands.
6. Circuit system
Standardized power distribution technology and multiple protection designs ensure the safety of equipment and personnel use.
7. Freezing device
