The ACI-H series high-voltage frequency converter designed and manufactured by Guangzhou Zhufeng Electric Co., Ltd. is an AC-DC-AC voltage type frequency converter that combines excellent performance, price comparison, and high-voltage reliability. The main circuit adopts a multi-level topology circuit, and the control method adopts sine wave pulse width modulation. The input adopts transformer isolation multiplexing technology, and the output adopts a direct high-voltage method of multi unit phase-shifting series connection.
Based on the motor control technology foundation accumulated by the company and its employees for many years, the output and input harmonic content of the product have reached the leading level in China. The output voltage waveform is close to sine, ensuring the stability of the motor operation within the entire speed range. This series of frequency converters consists of three main parts: the transformer cabinet on the left end of the machine, the power unit cabinet in the middle, and the control cabinet on the right end. To improve the stability of the control circuit and facilitate debugging and use, the control cabinet door is opened on the right side of the machine. The product adopts a cabinet structure with forced purchase and sale price difference, and the large capacity models adopt an air-cooled closed cycle heat dissipation method.
The input and output wiring of the entire machine are located in the lower left corner of the cabinet, making wiring convenient.

Energy saving principle of medium and high voltage speed control
The load characteristics of blade type fans, water pumps, and compressors are square torque type, which means that the torque required to be provided on the shaft is proportional to the square of the rotational speed. Under the conditions of geometric similarity, motion similarity, and power similarity, fans and pumps follow the law of similarity. For the same fan (or pump), when the density of the axial fluid remains unchanged and only the speed changes, the changes in its performance parameters follow the law of proportionality, that is, the flow rate is proportional to the first power of the speed, the head (head) is proportional to the second power of the speed, and the shaft power is proportional to the third power of the speed. However, in practical applications, due to the limitations of system parameters and operating conditions, the proportional law cannot be simply applied to calculate the speed range and energy-saving effect. Instead, the proportional law can only be used for calculation after converting the actual operating conditions to similar projects.
