Working principle of vacuum feeding machine

　　

Driven by compressed air, a multi-stage jet vacuum pump generates vacuum.

　　

The discharge bottom valve is closed, and at the same time, a vacuum is generated in the powder silo and conveying pipeline;

　　

Under the action of vacuum, materials are sucked into the powder silo through the conveying pipeline and feeding port;

　　

The filter effectively prevents powder and particles from entering the vacuum pump and dissipating into the atmosphere, achieving separation between the conveyed material and gas;

　　

While conveying materials, compressed air is filled into the blowback airbag;

　　

When the material suction time reaches the set parameters, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, the discharge bottom valve opens, the pressure inside and outside the conveying equipment reaches equilibrium, and the material falls to the discharge position. At the same time, the compressed air inside the blowback airbag is released, generating pulsed airflow and vibration, automatically cleaning the powder particles adhered to the filter;

　　

When the discharge time reaches the set parameters, the vacuum pump starts working again and begins a new cycle. Throughout the entire conveying process, the suction and discharge times are controlled by pneumatic or electric controllers (not shown).
