Product details
The purpose of envelope printing is to insert a single page or sample into an envelope, forming an integrated set of document materials. Size: The size of the envelope is usually 6-open or 4-open. Generally, the size of the envelope should be slightly larger than the size of the inserted item. If there is a lot of content inserted, a certain thickness should be left. Paper: The envelope is usually made of thicker paper such as 200g, 250g, or 300g. The paper type can be selected from copperplate/tooth powder paper, cardboard or art paper, etc. Post production process: After printing, the envelope basically needs to be coated or oiled to protect the ink and improve its strength. After printing is completed, the finished product is formed by die-cutting and bonding. Some envelope sockets can also be used as business card sockets, and you can choose to use one or two sockets on the right side.
The size standard for the envelope is 220x305mm, and we also need to consider the size of your inner pages
