Working principle of air compressor: After the motor of the air compressor is started, the intake valve of its cylinder opens and begins to compress air. When the air pressure P of the cylinder and the connected air storage tank reaches the set value P1, the intake valve and exhaust valve close, and the motor is in an unloaded state; As the gas consumption in the production process increases, the air pressure inside the air compressor cylinder gradually decreases. When it reaches the set value P2, the inlet and outlet valves of the air compressor open, and the motor switches to the loading state. In this way, the air compressor motor is constantly running alternately in the "unloading" and "loading" states. When the motor is in the unloading state, the air compressor motor is completely useless and the electrical energy is completely wasted.
