The curing oven is suitable for constant temperature curing (commonly known as baking glue) of fiber optic connectors after inserting cores and injecting glue into various fiber optic heads during the production process.
This model of glue oven has been optimized and designed based on the traditional horizontal curing oven.
·Low energy consumption:
The main furnace adopts insulation measures to reduce heat loss and achieve significant energy-saving effects (tests have shown that when the ambient temperature is 17 ℃ and the main furnace temperature is maintained at 110 ℃, the power consumption is about 200-250 W, which is only 1/3 of the energy consumption of traditional curing furnaces. Calculated at 12 hours per day, it can save 6 degrees of electricity)
·Long lifespan:
The circuit control is intelligent. When the curing furnace is turned on, it is equipped with high-power rapid heating. When the set temperature is reached, the power of the heating tube will be automatically adjusted to reduce the temperature of the heating wire and enter the insulation state, thereby extending the service life.
·High temperature control accuracy:
Due to the intelligence of circuit control, the heating power can be automatically adjusted, and the main furnace adopts insulation measures, which significantly slows down the temperature curve changes of the main furnace, thus achieving precise control of furnace temperature.
