The P7Up device is designed specifically for size measurement functionality. It has two versions of racks, one version has 3 blind slots located inside the motor cabinet and can be connected to a colored remote panel, while the other version has 3 card slots and a colored panel. The application software can be customized according to the measurement type required during/after processing, and the necessary cycle should be configured for the application software.

The hardware interface of P7Up enables the exchange of signals with devices of the same performance that it replaces through physical I/O.

P7Up has a hardware module based on the number of measurement heads, which must manage special applications, I/O connection types, and front board types.

The number of measurement heads that can be connected is between 1 and 8, and dual channel connection must be used to connect these measurement heads.

For I/O with 32 to 96 available pins, it can be configured as separate input/output signals instead of BCD/binary format input or output.

The panel has a 5.5-inch color display, and the remote version comes in two formats, both with a height of 129.5 mm (3U) but slightly different widths of 482 mm (19 ") or 226mm.

Each P7Up system includes an application software configuration file specifically designed to replace special devices (E5, BLUE, E5N, E80, E3C).
